Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 140g cooked shredded chicken breast
- 50g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 30g light cream cheese
- 20g reduced-fat shredded cheddar
- 1 tbsp Frank’s RedHot buffalo sauce
- Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt (to taste)
- Chopped green onion or parsley for vibes
Directions
- Just mix everything and microwave for 1.5–2 mins. That’s it.
