Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 140g cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 50g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 30g light cream cheese
  • 20g reduced-fat shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Frank’s RedHot buffalo sauce
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt (to taste)
  • Chopped green onion or parsley for vibes

Directions

  1. Just mix everything and microwave for 1.5–2 mins. That’s it.
