Gingerbread Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp flour all-purpose, whole wheat, gluten-free all-purpose
- 2 tbsp sugar brown sugar, white sugar, erythritol, coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 2 tbsp milk any kind
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch cloves optional
Directions
- Stir the flour, sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, and pinch of cloves in a mug.
- Pour in molasses melted butter and milk
- Microwave 1 minute, plus additional 15 sec increments if not done
