Gingerbread Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp flour all-purpose, whole wheat, gluten-free all-purpose
  • 2 tbsp sugar brown sugar, white sugar, erythritol, coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 2 tbsp milk any kind
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cloves optional

Directions

  1. Stir the flour, sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, and pinch of cloves in a mug.
  2. Pour in molasses melted butter and milk
  3. Microwave 1 minute, plus additional 15 sec increments if not done
