Sparkling Chamoy Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Stoli Chamoy vodka
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz grenadine
  • 2 dashes peach bitters
  • 2 tbps Li hing mui powder

Directions

  1. Cover a small surface with the li hing mui powder. Wet the rim of a tall, narrow glass and dip it in the powder. Fill the glass with ice
  2. Add the vodka, lemon juice, and grenadine. Stir gently. Drop in the couple dashes peach bitters.
  3. Pour the soda over, then stir gently again. Take a couple pinches of the li hing mui powder and dust them over the top. Enjoy!
