Sparkling Chamoy Cooler

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Stoli Chamoy vodka
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz grenadine
- 2 dashes peach bitters
- 2 tbps Li hing mui powder
Directions
- Cover a small surface with the li hing mui powder. Wet the rim of a tall, narrow glass and dip it in the powder. Fill the glass with ice
- Add the vodka, lemon juice, and grenadine. Stir gently. Drop in the couple dashes peach bitters.
- Pour the soda over, then stir gently again. Take a couple pinches of the li hing mui powder and dust them over the top. Enjoy!
